And for anyone who says their 328 is "close" to a 335 with a tune and some other small pieces have clearly never driven a 335. The numbers bmw released is 300hp but you have to be living in isolation to not know now they make closer to 330hp in stock form and I do not care about power to weight, they pull like a freight train compared to a 330i let alone a 328i with some mods.

Also whoever said the 335 weighs almost 250 pounds more is way off. They are within 70 pounds of each other. The turbo engine does not way 250 pounds more I am sorry to say.

Bottom line is stop thinking about how slow your car is and enjoy the other features such as great looks and handling.

Spoiler on your other car
a 335i e90 231lbs heavier then a 328i e90.

Let me break that down for you so you can know exactly why this is:

#1 the 328I has an N52 engine, made of mostly magnesium and an aluminum sleeve. = very light

#2 the 335 has an aluminum black with an iron sleeve = heavier. then add turbos. Then add a fat pig of an exhaust system to it..

Here are the numbers:

328i e90 - Curb weight: 3362 Gross: 4398

335i e90 - Curb Weight: 3593 Gross: 4652

No let's do math:

3593 - 3362 = 231

4652 - 4398 = 254

So yes the 335 is a lot heavier then the 328i.

thanks for your misinformed post, Id be happy to answer any of your other questions too
