HPFP is probably bad. I would also have the pressure switch near the HPFP replaced as well. BMW normally doesn't pay for this $100 sensor. But its vital to replace it.
Talk to the service manager. Tell him your concerns. They would give you back some of the money for the injector job. Good Luck,
