cheapest place is probably used on the boards here or at tischer which will be upwards of 1k.
don't get it installed at the dealership, they'll rip you a new one.
voiding warranty... if you don't know how warranties work... search. generally it won't be an issue if you go to a quality shop... but let's face it... it's putting an exhaust on... it's not rocket science.
the only decision you'll have to make is whether you want to use the clamp or weld it to the rest of the exhaust piping. some people have had leaks with clamping so welding has its benefits...
