1 apple, 1 Orange, 4 Kale leaves, 3 Celery Stalks, 1/2 bunch parsley, 1 cucumber, 1/4 lemon, 1 Carrot. Makes about 32oz.
Try to stay away from mixing too many sugary fruits/veggies. A lot of people think they're doing themselves a favor by juicing beets, carrots, apples, pears, pineapple, grapes, etc...but you're really taking in a lot of glucose with these.
