I agree with your comments but in this case this officer is supposed to be working to protect and serve the public
If he were recording a bus driver would it be ok then? He most likely did piss the officer off but the officer being pissed is a personal thing. He got pissed so it is a personal issue and not a legal issue. He is employed by the government so he is supposed to follow their laws and no their laws. Two wrongs don't = right.
