No, it's never been in an accident.
Yes, the factory warranty still applies. There are no engine mods currently (the PROceed and Cat-less Down-Pipe do come with the car though, as stated).
It does not have Comfort Access (can't start the car without keyfob in ignition). You need to press the unlock button on the keyfob to unlock the door. It doesn't automatically unlock the door when you're close to the car like with Comfort Access. Not an issue at all to me, but could be to you I guess.
I'm not sure what's in the Cold Weather Package, but I don't believe this car has that. It does have heated seats though. This was a California car originally... Not to mention It stayed garaged in the winter. Heated seats do come in handy on those cool spring nights though.
