I was 5'8 120 when I started working out. Brought it to ~145 and hit a dead wall. Took tons of whey, ate like a SOB, worked out like a SOB, nothing helped.

Finally I just switched gyms. Came up with a completely new routine and alternated through everything because the place was huge. Shot up to 170 on lifting and whey alone.

Get a new routine.
