Do you have any written/published reference to this?
It would appear very unfair for those that activated their free 6 month BMW Assist service to only get 6 months free and for those that did not activate the free 6 months, can now get 3 years (36 months) of BMW Assist for free!
Any reference to the 3 year thing would give me the right ammunition to go back to BMW with!!
