You definitely have some variation of the JB4, but that's not necessarily a good thing. Coming from a used car lot, I would assume there is no warranty from BMW for you to inherit and (being a pessimist) I would be wary of how the last owner treated the vehicle; since it seems that they just walked away, without trying to remove the bolt ons.
