The Porsche is not a bad deal, but I would never buy a Tiptronic P-Car; which the one you linked to is.

In terms of maintenance costs, the Porsche will cost you the most for just routine stuff. Its also not as utilitarian as the other two choices.

At 83K miles the 335i is likely due for all kinds of major routine maintenance like control arms and/or control arm bushings, fuel filter, gear oil changes, and on and on.

The ZHP E46 is not bad, but expect after after adding 15 to 20K more miles to start to hit the major maintenance items that can get costly.

On the 335i another issue is the HPFP failures. You'll only be covered for another 13K miles, then you're on your own. I would probably not consider any 335i that wasn't covered by warranty during the entire time of my ownership.

So as a few above have stated, I'd probably look at a lower miles 328i with some warranty left on it.
