The 2011 and 2012 models don't have any differences im aware of, but they both lack a cigarette lighter and ash tray cover in the center console above the gear selector. If you have a radar detector, it will be a very annoying problem to work around. The 2013 model year brought back the lighter and ash tray cover for the center console.

Off topic but you do know about the power outlet under the dash in the passenger footwell, right? It points straight down and is perfect for plugging in accessories as needed.
