The two issues you mentioned (parking and the time when people leave) we have no control over. It is a public place and it is not mandatory to come at exactly 7:15pm.

But I am sure there will be a lot of group pictures taken during the duration of this meet. I for one will stay as long as I can (maybe until 10:00pm). I want the BMW community to grow again in Vancouver and I certainly would love to meet all of you in person.
