the only option is if the blackberry was on a corporate Blackberry Enterprise Server. if it was a company issued device, they can send an OTA password reset.
if its a corp device, you would probably need to do alot of finagling or social engineering to get the IT people to send a password reset. It can only be done by the company that the blackberry is enterprise activated with, not by the carrier (sprint in this case)
if its a stand alone blackberry on a BIS, sorry, there's no way. and if you enter one more wrong password, all the data on the device will be gone, forever.

That's what i thought.
This is a corp. device so we're going to have someone at his office take a look.
Hopefully someone there in IT has figure it out
