Well Bimmers, lets just say Sunday was the longest of days...

The WeatherTech series featuring the GTP and GT3 M4s was, well, mixed. The GTPs didn't finish, and words can't describe start by the #25. Going off, crashing, on the warm-up. Then complete bend the chassis hit at the kink on the what, 2nd lap? It was tough to watch. #24 ran out of fuel at the end it looked like. Tough weekend for the GTP folks.

The GT3 M4s did great. #1 Sellers and Snow took pole and won their GTD class. G-Series are beasts on the straights.

Then comes the Michelin Pilot. Looked like a BMW GT4 M4 sweep there for a bit. But an extended yellow wrecked havoc on strategy and the teams came up short, needing to pit for a splash the last couple of laps. Giving the victory to #71 Rebel Rock Camaro DePew and Liddell. What a great story that team is.

Overall, a great event and we had phenomenal weather. Catch-up if you missed the action. Its worth going back and watching both races.

Cheers!
