I have heard both systems. The standard system is definitely not as loud as the Harmon Kardon. I would say half the volume of the HK would be close to max on a standard.
The highs are reachable but definitely not as crisp as the HKs.
The low frequencies (bass) are not as vivid as the HK, you will feel the sound with the HK.
I would say it is worth it. But it really depends how picky you are about your sound clarity and loudness. It was a must for me because I immediately could tell as difference.

The LED lighting system I do not believe it is worth it. However, I do suggest you get the Automatic High Beams a la carte if you plan on coding. (There's an Active High Beam Assistant you can enable via coding that makes the headlight experience wonderful.) If you feel like lighting and road lighting may be your priority, then get the lighting package. Otherwise, the xenons are just as good IMO.
Premium Package, definitely. The Comfort Access is worth it alone.
