I also found that the price they tell you on the day is NOT the price advertised on the site, and as well as that, they often continue to advertise stock that they have long since sold, to try and look more popular than they actually are. On 4 occasions I'd call them about a car that had "just gone thismorning". They then tried to sell me a similar, but wrongly specced and often very strangely specced (19 inch wheels, ES trim springs to mine?) car hoping that the falsely advertised wrongly priced car was enough to get my phone number basically.
