About the dot matrix, the quality of the tint's adhesion to dot matrix is dependent on the installer and how skilled they are at working with dot matrix. Some are able to get it nearly flawless, some don't know how to get it to adhere properly. A good installer should get it nearly flawless where you don't notice much in the way of bubbling.

And the inside light on the headlight is your DRL (daytime running light).
