Your car will not be free of swirl marks. Even brand new cars will have some swirling. No dealership will ever paint correct a used car unless it was a in writing when you purchased the car. Just hope it's not too bad.
Check to make sure you get two keys, all manuals, the manual cover, cargo net, the tool kit (screwdriver, tow hook, wheel lock keys if equipped), cup holder lid, trunk tonneau cover, and all four floor mats. |

Even when they fix their own mistake and do a touch up, it looks amateur. I would have no hopes on not having swirl marks. Make sure to check if wiper blades are in good condition.
