I've got a couple nicks here and there from spirited driving on the Autobahn...the front is fully wrapped in Broxafol paint protection film for matte/frozen paint...but still managed to get a couple random "scratches" that only I notice...hopefully this future BMW product works out.

the touch up kit is already available. David got me one as soon as my Frozen Black was delivered (Oct 2011). It is pricey..180 Euro for a small box with two tubes.
