I use my M3 as a daily driver. We go from +30celcius to -30celcius here and I can't wait to test out the M3 in snow conditions!
Although it would be nice having better mileage for the long hauls (TDi comes to mind), it's just way too much fun ripping through the gears and cruising and at more "appropriate" speeds to care. *ahem*
