Next time (I hope there will be no next time), do a 180 and start driving towards them. If they don't speed up, stay behind them at reasonable distance, call the cops and give them license plate number and directions.
If they DO speed up in a Tahoe, floor it and wait until they roll over or hit a tree/pole at high speed. Do something good for a community. It's a win-win.
