Any used car sales manager at any new car dealership is going to notice. But he won't care because he is already making out like a bandit by trading your 3 series in for $5000 less than it retails for. These are late-model cars that either still have or just came off of warranty and included free factory maintenance. He has plenty of room to pay for new tires and he knows it. Most dealers will still put the car on the lot with your choice of rubber and only do anything about it if the next buyer notices and makes an issue of it. A BMW dealer is obligated to fit RFTs if they intend to CPO the car but I have seen that policy overlooked on many occasions.
