Can you not franchise a Chipotle?
Moe's is REALLY good. It's better than Chipotle in some ways, but Chipotle is also better than Moe's in some ways. So I consider them about even in my book. We have more of them around here than Chipotle. Regarding Lime, I REALLY like it because of the simplicity. Plus, free chips. I think of it as sort of a watered-down Chipotle, lol. Still tastes AMAZING and made with organic and pasture-raised foods. They had one on my college campus, which is why I sort of fell in love, haha.

Have you ever heard of Qdoba or Salsarita's? I've never been to either, but I've heard they're very similar.
