Those 325 brakes look like the ABS has been heavily engaged leaving deposits and overheated areas on the disc. Hard to tell for sure but it looks that way.
Have you considered replacing the rubber guide rod bushings with solid brass bushings? Makes for a huge improvement in brake performance and pedal feel. And it's cheap as mods go.
