Meh... hardly worth it.. The insurance check will clear and she can be in a new M5 within a week or two.
If she ran someone over, she opens herself up to criminal charges and potentially a civil lawsuit... (she might have also had to pay the (higher) collision deductible instead of the comprehensive deductible)
