Do you need the money in the US or just access to it?

1- Open a HSBC Premier account. You can transfer your RMB to USD and access it at any HSBC. There are some restrictions, but easy to get around.
2- Open a Merchants account in CHN. Get their Debit card which allows you to access it anywhere.

3- Get a Chinese friend to exchange your RMB to USD (You'll need 10 since they can only do 50k USD/year) and deposit it into your account. You both will need to go in person. You'll need to withdrawal in cash (RMB) hand it to your friend. They will transfer to USD cash and hand it back to you. You can deposit it into your account and transfer the funds directly into your US account.

A Chinese account can not transfer USD to a foreigner's account. Must be an account they own.

There are so many ways to do it....
