I am in such a bad shape right now that I need to wait 2-3month till my Physical therapy from severe Arthritis I suffered from 2012-2013. After the PT, I am thinking about going back to playing golf.
Even after PT, my posture and mechanics are so far off from back then that I need to hit the practice range for 6month before I even put a foot on the 1st hole.
