I don't usually accuse cops...but this is just wrong.
Dude came out of the car, and cop asks for his license. What is he supposed to do?
Get in the car, close the door, roll down the window and hand him a license?
I mean, dude kind of jumped into the car and scared the cop, but it wasn't anything cop didn't ask for.
