1. Yea, no joke he was quick to pull the trigger. Its like they dont get that people die when you shoot them. He saw no weapon.
2. The guy did dive back into his car which could have been reaching for a weapon. You see a cop, dont dive in your car.
Of course what happened was terrible, of course. But maybe.... Just maybbbeeee if you dive in your car, as a black man, with all these trigger happy cops. Theres a much higher chance of incidents happening.
