I used Molygen for my first two changes doing my own, with Ceratec. Mileage went up by 2MPG. Since then I've used Castrol Edge or Mobil 1 ESP, whichever was on sale. I'll use Molygen again if the price is competitive. Mileage remained the same, so it would seem the Ceratec worked as advertised. Mann or Mahle OEM filters.
