2009 335i coupe with factory M-sport kit. I have oil cooler, and oil cooler lines routed to the oil filter housing. I also believe my friends 335i standard sport package 2009 sedan, has the oil cooler as well.
as the years go by, BMW like any other car manufacturers will start removing parts to reduce cost and increase profit. In the 1st year, cars have the most bug. 2nd and 3 year are the best as they are likely to include all the fixes and recall. 5th and 6th years is where they screw people over and take out standard features or make you pay for it.
