I just went for the Avin one so no idea which chip it has, all I know is that it works very well! Just standard resolution. I did consider one of the AliExpress ones with HD and built in CarPlay but decided to stick with Avin having used them before and not had any issues, they seem to be getting their act together with the support website. I'm now thinking about getting a rear camera, will finish the job off nicely.
