Spoke to Rob Beck before ordering these and it seems:
1. Stop running Oil Catch Cans, although he appears to endorse the BMS OCC.
2. run standard 5W-30 weight motor oil
3. the later revisions are with oil plugs in the holes to keep the seal during assembly.
