By CA, I presume you mean Comfort Access.
I don't know when it started showing up in the 5, but CA is one of the hardest options to find in any car. Most dealerships don't want to get it because it adds $500 (3) or $1000 (5) to the MSRP of the vehicle and most people don't care and want to spend the money on it.
Personally, I think it's stupid as an option and should be a standard feature. Both my cars have them as it's silly to have to put a key in an ignition then push a button to start the car. If I'm going to have to put a key in the ignition, make me turn it to start the car.
