They researched my situation and found it to be "normal". They did a further investigation as to why their springs sit that way on my car, and came up with another spring part number that is compatible and would lower the front end 10-15mm.
Had ACS U.S, actually Iocated here next to me In Irvine, the reps name is Eric Tsou told me the compatible ACS spring.
That spring I did some research on what kit it's from, asked him to send me the TUV data and backtracked it to an existing Eibach part/spring set that was actually designed for the F31.
So TL;DR ACS Germany told me the spring set to fix my reverse rake is the same exact set sold in Europe by Eibach, that Eibach designed for the car in the first place.
