I'm not exactly sure when the draft will happen,
it's an auto pick draft so the computer will automatically draft the player remaining who it thinks is the best, the way you need to put a personal touch on your team is to go to the team screen and edit your "pre draft settings"
that way you can sort of guide the computer to who you'd like if they're available.
I'm sure leaving the settings alone would net you a just fine team also
I'll plan on setting the draft to ready on Thursday AM, to give people another day to join and still let us play this weekend
you won't need to watch the draft or really do anything, just set your pre draft settings if you want too.
should be fun!
