what the heck are you talking about? i was simply disagreeing with Jason about whether being a fatty in Japan is illegal.
Look if Japan fines a person/company for a worker being fat...then that means there's a law that prohibits fatties...thus making it illegal by definition. Just because there isn't a jail sentence doesn't mean it's not illegal.
