Rudy's is ok, but they are everywhere. It is some good quick bbq. If you want the best bbq of your life. Eat at Franklin's BBQ, on 11th. But there is usually an insane line. On race weekend, most likely even worse. You can head down the 130 toll road from the track, to Lockhart, TX. BBQ capital of Texas. My favorite is Black's, been there since 1932.
