I noticed that! My plan was to give it a good looking over, drive it, and see if it seems the bushings are bad. If they are I'd assume the suspension parts haven't been replaced and I'll take it somewhere to have them do a PPI and give me any parts that need replacing soon to help knock the price down if everything else checks out.
