The Agent Orange boogie man is rattling my cage. Recently learned that I have 3 of the "presumed" health afflictions caused by exposure to AO. I've been dealing with one of them (before "presumed") for over 20 years.
I made a claim to the VA but at best, all they will do is give me a monthly benefit check, which will do nothing to cure my chronic kidney disease. I'm the only one in our family to have CKD - no family history whatsoever.
So how do I deal with this news? Well, I've had a good life. Some of my buddies and classmates didn't live past age 20.
