That kit is only for 335i and barely worth it because it only adds like 30hp/30lb-ft, and very expensive. Most people go with an aftermarket tune which costs a few hundred bucks and pushes way more power (like +100/100lb-ft). This is the beauty of turbo engines.
It's not hard to make a 335i faster in a straight line than an M3, probably about $1k. The 335i has more torque over a wide range to begin with. Handling wise, you need to spend about $4-5k to match the M3 (LSD + M3 suspension / components / tires)
