Do you have refrigerator/microwave at work? When I used to ride to work, I'd pick one day a week to drive the pack-truck. Pack in a good week's supply of things to eat once I get to work. Yogurt, Jimmy Dean breakfast sammiches, eggs (from the back yard) 1/2 gal milk, cheese. That way when you get in, after riding and waking up, there's some options for you.
Those NV granola bars that they show on TV are still my favorite.
