Worked with a client in Pittsburgh 20 years ago and made a trip to Primanti Bros. I have to concur their "all in one" sandwich is great tasting, but it's a mess to eat, so much so that it almost defeats the point of the thing being a sandwich.
There's no question of the sandwich's blue-collar origins. Outside of a visit to the dentist, it's just not polite to open one's mouth that wide in the company of others. LOL
