yup, as Joe mentioned 19x8.5 +30 / 19x10 +37
There's also 19x10 +22 and 19x10 +15 but those aren't gonna work well on your E92, especially without rolled fenders.
As far as the lip size, the lip size is all the same, even with the lower offsets
