I thought I liked the G series cars but when I got into car buying mode I didn't even think of them. I was looking at a 2003 SL55 AMG with like 19k and a 2004 E55 AMG with under 30k. I shied away from them from concerns about repairs on out of warranty expensive to maintain cars. Then I started looking at BMWs and I decided a 3 series was it. Never even thought about the G.
