Go with the new 320i. A 2010 car is getting pretty old at this point, and will be nine years old by the time it's paid off. That's like making your final payments right now on something that is a 2005, how does that sound? Not to mention the E90 is not aging well. The E92 still looks great, but the sedans, not so much.

I really don't see any benefit with the 328i. Much older, a LOT of miles, a worse warranty (CPO warranty isn't as good as bumper to bumper), a little more power and little better 0-60 at the expense of low end torque and gas mileage. The I6 would be nice since it's N/A and is a well-balanced engine, but you won't have to worry about turbo problems if you're leasing the 320i anyway.

Go with the 320i, there's just no real reason to pick the 328i other than getting a few more options, but any tech options in the car will be pretty outdated anyway at this point, or for sure when you are done paying off the car.
