Sorry to hijack but for those interested I have a perforated knob and boot combo for sale. They are
barely used, no wear/scuffs. Unfortunately the boot has a small rip where it meets the knob (see pic) because when I searched the Forum everyone said to just pull the knob but failed to mention that the boot needed to be unclipped first... so the knob took a piece of boot with it and a tab almost broke.
Other than that it looks great and I drove like that just fine for a couple thousand miles. I am sure the boot can be mended/glued easily. If interested, PM me an offer. This same knob and boot from BMW are $150.
