Living in Vancouver close to downtown, this scares me.
If it was parked in a parkade in downtown, (im guessing multi story) i doubt it was towed.. did you check to see if the parking lot or any businesses around the parking lot have surveillance video?
Seeing how easy it can be stolen, I think it's time for me to get a steering wheel club.
I hope you find your car.
But honestly, if it had happen to me, I wouldn't want my car back.
