As far as US airlines go -
Delta fkn sucks in every way imaginable. I have never ever had a good experience with them.
American, I don't fly too often but never had an issue.
United is another tragedy with the staff straight out of a horror movie.
Continental (Pre-merger) was always good to me... flew on a triple across the pond and it was stellar.
Us Airways was the big shocker... Everyone talks crap about them but they have always performed imho.
To sum up... delta was consistently the worst.
