I really wouldn't worry about it personally. From my experience the F30 is a great track weapon right out of the box. Most BMW's are fine - the overheating issues were primarily with the N54 equipped cars. I have run a wide variety of different BMW's on the track, ranging from e36 m3's, my x3 (yes the SUV...), a few e90's, e46's...pretty much all of them. The only car that ever had issues on the track was my e92 335i. And those cars almost always have issues on the track, even with the oil cooler.
Just go out and enjoy your new car!
